Professional Fence Installation Services

Fences planned around your property lines, privacy goals, and the way you use your space — installed and repaired for homes and businesses.

Residential fencing

A fence shapes how you use your yard. Homeowners install fences to create privacy from neighbors and the street, keep pets and children safely contained, define property lines, and add a finished look to the landscape.

We help you plan the layout, gate placement, and height so the finished fence works for daily life — whether that is letting the dog out, bringing the mower through, or enjoying a quieter backyard.

Commercial fencing

For businesses and property managers, fencing can secure storage areas, screen equipment and dumpsters, define boundaries, and guide foot traffic. Durability and low maintenance usually matter most.

We coordinate installation timing with site operations and plan gates and openings around vehicle and pedestrian access.

Privacy & Security

What do you want your fence to do?

The right fence starts with your goals. We will ask about these during your estimate.

Privacy

Taller, solid designs block sight lines into your yard or patio.

Security

Sturdy fencing and locking gates help control access to the property.

Pets & kids

Secure enclosures with gaps and heights suited to what you need to contain.

Boundaries

Clear definition of property lines and outdoor spaces.

Material Considerations

Choosing a fence material

Each material has strengths. We will talk through the options that fit your budget, style, and maintenance preferences.

MaterialStrengthsThings to consider
WoodClassic look, flexible styles, strong privacy options.Benefits from periodic staining or sealing to slow weathering.
VinylClean appearance, low maintenance, does not need painting.Typically a higher upfront cost than basic wood.
Chain linkDurable, cost-effective, good for containment and security.Limited privacy unless paired with slats or screening.
Metal / ornamentalStrong and attractive for front yards and commercial frontage.Provides visibility rather than privacy.

Material availability and recommendations are confirmed during your estimate based on your property and goals.

Property Layout Planning

Planning the fence line

A good fence starts on paper. We walk the area with you to consider property lines, slopes, existing trees and roots, drainage, and where gates need to go.

Before installation, it is important to confirm your property boundaries and check any HOA or local requirements for height, style, and placement. Underground utilities should be marked before post holes are dug — in Ohio, that means contacting Ohio811 by calling 811.

If trees or stumps are in the way of the planned fence line, we can handle that too through tree removal and stump grinding.

  • Property lines confirmed by you, a survey, or existing markers
  • HOA and local rules checked for height and style
  • Utilities located before digging
  • Gate locations planned around how you use the yard
  • Slopes and trees accounted for in the layout

Fence Maintenance

Keeping your fence in good shape

  • Walk the fence line a few times a year to look for loose boards, leaning posts, or gate sag.
  • Keep vines, shrubs, and soil from piling against fence panels to reduce moisture damage.
  • Clean wood or vinyl as needed; reseal wood fences as recommended for the product.
  • Trim overhanging trees so falling limbs are less likely to damage the fence — see Tree Trimming.
  • Address damaged sections promptly before problems spread.
Do you repair existing fences?

Yes. We handle fence repair as well as new installation. Describe the damage in your estimate request and we will assess what is needed.

Who is responsible for knowing where my property line is?

Property owners are responsible for confirming boundaries. A survey or existing property markers are the most reliable reference.

Do I need HOA approval?

Many HOAs have rules for fence height, style, and placement. Check with your HOA before installation to avoid problems later.

Can a tree damaged fence be fixed at the same time as tree removal?

Often, yes. Because we handle both tree work and fencing, we can plan the removal and the fence repair together.
